Office of Victim/Witness Assistance
The State Office of Victim/Witness Assistance (OVWA) was legislatively created in 1987 (RSA 21-M:8-b) to provide information and services to victims and witnesses in criminal cases prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office, as well as coordinating a statewide victim/witness rights information program.
