Final Report Regarding the June 29, 2022, Death of Isaac Landry in Manchester, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the New Hampshire Department of Justice has completed its investigation into the shooting death of Isaac Landry (age 22) in Manchester, New Hampshire on June 29, 2022.
The final investigation report (attached) concludes that based on all the facts and circumstances, Jonathan Bright (age 34) was legally justified in the use of deadly force when he shot Mr. Landry one time in the chest as he was running away from Mr. Landry who was screaming and had charged at him with a large branch. Accordingly, no charges will be filed against Mr. Bright.
