Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Craig Keville, age 33, has been indicted and charged with multiple offenses in connection with the shooting deaths of Holly Banks, age 28, and Keith LaBelle, age 42, in Gorham, New Hampshire, on April 27, 2022.

A Coos County Grand Jury has returned indictments charging Mr. Keville with two counts of first-degree murder for purposely causing the deaths of Holly Banks and Keith LaBelle by shooting them with a firearm.

The grand jury also indicted Mr. Keville on two alternative counts of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the deaths of Holly Banks and Keith LaBelle, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life, by shooting them with a firearm, and three counts of falsifying physical evidence for disposing of a Ruger pistol, a soft handgun case, and a bill of sale.

Three additional misdemeanor charges were filed charging Mr. Keville with simple assault for causing unprivileged physical contact to Holly Banks on April 26, 2022.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and Mr. Keville is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
