Brandon Castiglione Sentenced for Second-Degree Murder of Luis Garcia
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella and New Hampshire State Police Executive Major Mark Shapiro announce that this afternoon, Brandon Castiglione (age 29), of Londonderry, New Hampshire, was sentenced for his conviction of Second Degree Murder in the killing of Luis Garcia in 2019. Mr. Castiglione was found guilty after trial three months ago in May of 2023.
After hearing from both parties, Mr. Castiglione was given a stand-committed sentence of 42 years to life on the charge of Second Degree Murder.
