Update on Officer Involved Shooting in Bath

Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and State Police Colonel Robert Quinn announce that a man (age 42) has died as the result of an officer involved shooting that occurred yesterday in Bath, New Hampshire. The two officers involved in the shooting incident are members of the Haverhill Police Department. An autopsy on the man is scheduled for this morning. His identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The investigation into this incident remains ongoing.
