Stephan Peno Located and Arrested in Connection with the Murder of Benjamin Marcum in Nashua, New Hampshire

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Nashua Police Chief Andrew Lavoie announce that an additional arrest has been made in connection with the murder of Benjamin Marcum, which occurred on March 12, 2015, in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Stephan Peno (age 20) of Nashua was arrested late last night in Manchester, New Hampshire, and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and falsifying physical evidence for his involvement in the events that led to the death of Benjamin Marcum. Jonathan Goff was previously arrested on March 14, 2015, and charged with second-degree murder for causing Marcum's death.

Peno's arraignment is expected to take place around 9:00 a.m., on May 5, 2015, at the 9th Circuit Court - District Division Court in Nashua, New Hampshire.
