State v. Charles Adam Maynard

Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Concord Police Chief Bradley Osgood announce that on January 26, 2018, a Merrimack County Grand Jury indicted Charles Adam Maynard, age 30, of Hooksett, New Hampshire, on 3 counts of sale of controlled drug, subsequent offense. Mr. Maynard waived formal arraignment on January 31, 2018 and he has been released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail with the condition that he be monitored by Merrimack County Pretrial Services.

Mr. Maynard is alleged to have sold carfentanil on April 19, 2017 and methamphetamine on April 20 and May 7, 2017 to an agent of the Concord Police Department. Each offense is a felony, punishable by up to 7½–15 years in prison and $200,000 fine.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and Mr. Maynard is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
