Proposed Transaction Between The Prospect-Woodward Home d/b/a Hillside Village and Covenant Living of Keene

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing regarding a proposed transaction between The Prospect-Woodward Home d/b/a Hillside Village and Covenant Living of Keene on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The hearing will be held in-person at Hillside Village Keene, 95 Wyman Road, Keene, New Hampshire. At the request of Hillside Village, attendees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status.

The public may also participate in the public hearing remotely through videoconferencing. Instructions on how to participate remotely will be posted to the Attorney General’s website: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/prospect-woodward-home.htm. Information and supporting documents about the transaction may be found at the same link.
