Proposed Transaction Between Home Health and Hospice Care and SolutionHealth

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing regarding a proposed transaction between Home Health and Hospice Care and SolutionHealth on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 4:00 pm. The hearing will be held in-person at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2200 Southwood Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire. At the request of the health care institutions, attendees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status.

The public may also participate in the public hearing remotely through videoconferencing. Instructions on how to participate remotely will be posted to the Attorney General's website: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/.
