Press Briefing on the Officer-Involved Shooting on May 13, 2022, in New Boston, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that a press briefing will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at the Incident Planning and Operations Center (IPOC) Media Room, 110 Smokey Bear Boulevard in Concord, New Hampshire.

The findings will be released regarding the officer-involved shooting that took place on May 13, 2022, in New Boston, New Hampshire.

It is anticipated that the briefing will last about an hour. Associate Attorney General Jeffery A. Strelzin, Director of the New Hampshire Department of Justice’s Public Protection Division, will present the findings.

A copy of the final report will also be made available on the Department of Justice website, https://www.doj.nh.gov/multimedia/index.htm, following the briefing.
