Plea and Sentencing scheduled in State v. Michael Millette

Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announces that a plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on October 23, 2015, at the Grafton County Superior Court in the matter of the State of New Hampshire v. Michael Millette. Michael Millette was indicted by the Grafton County Grand Jury on June 19, 2015, on Sale of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl)-Death Resulting, Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Sell, and multiple counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug.
