Plea and Sentencing Hearing Scheduled in the Matter of State v. Damion Yeargle
Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner announce that a plea and sentencing hearing has been scheduled in the matter of State v. Damion Yeargle for today, May 3, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. in the Grafton County Superior Court.
Yeargle stands charged in connection with the murder of Robert Pierog, in Littleton, New Hampshire on May 27, 2016.
As this is a pending matter, the State will have no additional comments.
