Ongoing Homicide Investigation in Manchester, New Hampshire

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Manchester Police Chief Enoch F. Willard announce that a homicide investigation is ongoing in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Today, at approximately 3:24 p.m., Manchester police officers responded to the report of a shooting in the back of a building at 135 Spruce Street in Manchester. When officers arrived, they discovered a deceased adult male outside in the parking lot. That deceased male had what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will be conducting an autopsy tomorrow to determine his exact cause and manner of death.

An adult female was with the deceased male at the time of the shooting. She was wounded during the incident and taken to a hospital to be treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and active.
