Notice of Emergency Order 52 Violation Issued to Fat Katz Food & Drink in Hudson, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, a notice has been issued to Fat Katz Food & Drink in Hudson, New Hampshire assessing a $2,000 civil penalty for violations of the Food Service Industry guidance has been issued pursuant to Emergency Order 52, extended by Emergency Order 70.
