No Criminal Charges Forthcoming in Matter of Injuries Sustained by Fernando Ornelas
New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Hillsborough County Attorney Patricia LaFrance announce that the investigation into the injuries sustained by Fernando Ornelas on or about October 17, 2013 has been completed. For the reasons discussed in the report (linked below), no criminal charges will be filed.
