Indictment of Paige Belanger

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Merrimack Police Chief Brian Levesque announce that the Hillsborough County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Paige Belanger for her role in the November 20, 2023 attack on Elbit Systems of America in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Ms. Belanger is charged with riot, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit burglary, for her actions in causing property damage to Elbit Systems of America. Each charge is a class B felony, punishable by 3.5 to 7 years in the state prison.

An arraignment has been scheduled for 1:00 pm on June 13, 2024 in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

The charges and allegations against Ms. Belanger are merely accusations, and she is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
