Indictment of Joshua and Lisa Urovitch
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Merrimack County Grand Jury has returned six indictments charging Joshua and Lisa Urovitch, ages 56 and 54, respectively, with three class B felony counts of Wrongful Voting each.
The indictments allege that the Urovitches voted multiple times in Concord despite being domiciled in Massachusetts. Specifically, both Urovitches are alleged to have voted in the November 3, 2020 General Election, the November 8, 2022 General Election, and the November 8, 2022 Concord School District Election. The Urovitches allegedly lived in Ashland, Massachusetts at the time of each of these elections.
The Urovitches are scheduled to be arraigned on these indictments at the Merrimack County Superior Court on October 7, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
The charges against Lisa and Joshua Urovitch are only allegations, and they are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant Attorney General Brendan A. O’Donnell and Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Conley of the Election Law Unit.
