Indictment of Isaiah Gravely and Harmonie Cosgrove

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Attorney General’s Drug Task Force Commander Ellen M. Arcieri announce that a Sullivan County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Isaiah Gravely and Harmonie Cosgrove for their roles in drug trafficking and sales in the Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley regions.

Mr. Gravely is charged with one count of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, fentanyl, in a quantity of five grams or more and crack cocaine in a quantity of five grams or more, subsequent offense.  This charge is a special felony, punishable by up to life imprisonment in the New Hampshire State Prison, a $500,000 fine, or both.  

Ms. Cosgrove is charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl, in a quantity of five grams or more.  This charge is also a special felony punishable by up to 15 to 30 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, a $500,000 fine, or both.

Mr. Gravely and Ms. Cosgrove are scheduled to be arraigned in Sullivan County Superior Court on June 20, 2024. 

The charges and allegations against Mr. Gravely and Ms. Cosgrove are merely accusations, and they are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
