Further Information Regarding an Ongoing Investigation in Auburn, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Auburn Police Chief Raymond Pelton announce further information regarding the investigation into the death of an adult male found in Auburn, New Hampshire.

The investigation began on May 13, 2019, when workers at the Waste Management Transfer Station in Auburn saw a human body in a pile of refuse delivered to the facility. Subsequent investigation has identified the deceased man discovered at the facility as William Bradley (age 36).

On May 14, 2019, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval conducted an autopsy on Mr. Bradley, and determined his cause of death to be probable traumatic asphyxia. The manner of Mr. Bradley's death is pending.

The investigation into Mr. Bradley's death is active and ongoing, including the possibility that his death was accidental. Mr. Bradley's last known whereabouts is believed to be Manchester or Nashua.
