Final Report Regarding the August 26, 2023 Death of Alexander Talcott in Durham, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the New Hampshire Department of Justice has completed its investigation into the stabbing death of Alexander Talcott (age 41), in Durham, New Hampshire on August 26, 2023.
The final investigation report concludes that based on all the facts and circumstances, Kristin Talcott (age 41), Alexander Talcott’s wife, was legally justified in the use of deadly force when she stabbed him inside their residence. Accordingly, no charges will be filed against Mrs. Talcott.
