Final Report Regarding the April 4, 2023 Shooting Death of Rodney Yancey in Manchester, New Hampshire
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the New Hampshire Department of Justice has completed its investigation into the shooting death of Rodney Yancey (age 43), in Manchester, New Hampshire on April 4, 2023.
The final investigation report (below) concludes that based on all the facts and circumstances, Roy Nagle (age 23) was legally justified in the use of deadly force when he shot Mr. Yancey outside a residential apartment building. Accordingly, no charges will be filed against Mr. Nagle.
