Final Report Issued Regarding the March 27-28, 2019 Police-Involved Incident at the Quality Inn in Manchester, New Hampshire

Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald releases the final report in the investigation into the deaths of Stephen Marshall (age 51), Christian St. Cyr (age 26), and Brandie (Tarantino) St. Cyr (age 21). The deaths were part of a police-involved incident that occurred on March 27-28, 2019, at the Quality Inn in Manchester, New Hampshire.
