Arrest of William Kelly for the Death of Christine Falzone
Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella, State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall, and Ossipee Police Chief Donald Babbin announce that William Kelly (age 38) has been arrested for the murder of Christine Falzone (age 33), which occurred in Ossipee, New Hampshire on December 17, 2023.
Mr. Kelly has been charged with one count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Ms. Falzone by means of homicidal violence. An arraignment is anticipated to be scheduled for some time on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the Carroll County Superior Court in Ossipee.
The charge and allegations against Mr. Kelly are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
