Arraignment for Matthew Dion (March 2014 murders of Robert and Constance Dion)

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Manchester Police Chief Enoch F. Willard announce that Matthew Dion's arraignment on his pending charges will take place on Friday, June 12, 2015.

The arraignment will take place at 10 a.m. by video at the 9th Circuit - District Division Court in Manchester, New Hampshire. At that hearing, Dion will be arraigned on two counts of second degree murder, one count of arson, and three counts of possession of child pornography.

The charges stem from an incident where Dion's parents, Robert and Constance Dion, were found murdered in their Manchester home on March 24, 2014.
