Rumford Energy, LLC

Counsel to Rumford Energy, LLC today filed a motion with the bankruptcy court requesting an extension of the time in which Rumford must file the papers with the bankruptcy court describing its assets and liabilities and providing certain other information. Rumford cited as reasons for the extension that it has a large volume of information to analyze and that its business records were seized by the Attorney General's office pursuant to a search warrant of Rumford's former business location.

In addition, today the bankruptcy court rescheduled the creditor's meeting. Originally, the creditor's meeting was to be held on June 15th in Manchester. The creditor's meeting will now be held on June 22nd at the Warren Rudman Federal Courthouse, 55 Pleasant Street, Concord at 10 am. All creditors are invited to attend.
