New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that autopsies have been completed in the Vernet case.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Massachusetts has determined that Suzanne Vernet’s cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. The manner of her death was homicide.

Binh Vernet died as a result of asphyxia due to hanging. The manner of his death was suicide. The investigation is still ongoing.
