Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte announces that Ronald W. Martin of Northfield, NH was arraigned today before the Coos County Superior Court on five misdemeanor informations charging him with violations of New Hampshire’s Solid Waste Management laws.  These charges relate to the State’s allegations that Mr. Martin unlawfully dumped solid waste on a residential property located in Northumberland, NH.

Each information charges Mr. Martin with a Class A misdemeanor.  The informations are the result of a cooperative investigation involving the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.  A trial date has yet to be set by the Superior Court.
