New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Frederick H. Booth announce that an autopsy was performed on the remains of David Gray by Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Jennie Duval, yesterday. Dr. Duval determined that the cause of death of was gunshot wound to the torso, and the manner of death was homicide.

The next court appearance in this matter is a probable cause hearing that has been scheduled for February 10, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Northern Carroll County District Court in Conway, New Hampshire.

The New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office continue to investigate the case.
