Attorney General Kelly Ayotte announced today that the Attorney General’s toll free election line will be staffed from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day, November 7, 2006. The election line is available to all individuals who may have questions regarding their voting rights and/or who may want to file complaints with the New Hampshire Attorney General regarding their right to vote or any other election law violation.
At New Hampshire polling places, the Moderator is responsible for ensuring that the election is conducted in accordance with New Hampshire law. Any person with questions or concerns regarding voting at the polling place should seek the assistance of the Moderator. If the issue is not resolved by speaking with the Moderator, the person should immediately contact the Attorney General’s Office.
