New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte, Colonel Frederick Booth and Chesterfield Police Chief Lester Fairbanks announce that on March 27 and 28, 2008, the New Hampshire State Police, with assistance from the Chesterfield Police Department, conducted searches at 182 Mountain Road, West Chesterfield, the former home of Tina and Bethany Sinclair.

The Mountain Road home had recently been sold, and the new property owner granted the New Hampshire State Police consent to conduct searches as construction workers dismantled the structure.

At this juncture, further searches are not anticipated, however, the investigation remains open. Anyone with information pertaining this investigation is urged to contact the New Hampshire State Police at (603) 358-3333.
