Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte and Manchester Police Chief John Jaskolka report that the Manchester Police Department has made three arrests in connection with the homicide of Aaron Kar, 18, in Manchester on January 2, 2007. Roscoe White (DOB: 10/24/88) of Manchester is charged with first degree murder for shooting Mr. Kar to death. Sergio Soto (DOB: 2/27/88) and Michael Soto (DOB: 3/19/89) of Nashua are charged with accomplice to first degree murder for their roles in Mr. Kar's murder.

On January 2, 2007, emergency personnel responded to the area outside 536 Beech Street in Manchester after receiving a report of shots fired at approximately 7:30 p.m.. Aaron Kar was transported from that location to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Jennie Duval, M.D. later conducted the autopsy. She ruled the death a homicide and determined that the cause of Mr. Kar's death was gunshot wounds of the abdomen and knee.

The arraignments have not yet been scheduled, but it is expected that they will take place in Manchester District Court on Thursday, February 14, 2008.
