John Delee Sentenced for Second-Degree Murder of Timothy Pouliot

Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella and Manchester Police Department Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that this afternoon, John Delee (age 23), of Salem, New Hampshire, was sentenced for the murder of Timothy Pouliot on January 28, 2023. He was also sentenced on a class B felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. Mr. Delee was found guilty of both charges on December 5, 2023, after a jury trial.

Mr. Delee was given a stand-committed sentence of 27 years to life on the charge of second-degree murder, and 3 to 6 years on the reckless conduct charge, which is to be served consecutive with his murder sentence with the opportunity to suspend the consecutive 3-to-6-year sentence based upon certain behavioral requirements.
