Autopsy Results in the Madison Homicide Investigation
Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher Wagner, and Madison Police Chief Tom Colby announce that the autopsy has been completed on Melissa Hatch who was discovered deceased in Madison, New Hampshire on February 15, 2019.
Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Jennie V. Duval, has determined that the manner of death was homicide. The cause of Ms. Hatch's death was multiple sharp injuries including deep incised wounds of the neck.
The investigation into the circumstances of Ms. Hatch's death remain active and ongoing.
