Arrest of Thomas McEneany of Pembroke for Sale of Methamphetamine

Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Pembroke Police Chief Dwayne Gilman announce that as the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Pembroke Police Department and the Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, Thomas McEneany, age 31, of Pembroke, New Hampshire, was arrested today on warrants for three counts of the sale of methamphetamine, and one count of possession of methamphetamine, each a class B felony.

At the time of his arrest, Mr. McEneany was in possession of approximately 4.5 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, a quantity of pharmaceutical pills, and a loaded handgun. A subsequent search of his residence resulted in the seizure of approximately 6 grams of methamphetamine.

Mr. McEneany is being held on cash bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, June 29, at 1:00 p.m. in Merrimack County Superior Court.

The charges and allegations are merely accusations. Mr. McEneany is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
