Foster announces that the Attorney General's Office has made a determination that the officer-involved shooting in Nashua on March 22, 2014, of Craig Riley of Nashua, New Hampshire, was a legally justified use of deadly force by Officer Stephen Morrill of the Nashua Police Department.
