New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert C. Quinn, Charlestown Police Chief Ed Smith, and Claremont Police Chief Alexander Scott announce that they are engaged in an active investigation for a missing person. On June 27, 2013, at approximately 4:30 p.m. the Charlestown Police Department received a report that Kelly Robarge, (42), of 124 Happy Acres Road, Charlestown, New Hampshire was missing. The circumstances surrounding Kelly Robarge's disappearance are suspicious.
Attempts by family members to contact Kelly have been unsuccessful. She was last heard from in the late morning hours of Thursday, June 27, 2013, and has not been seen or heard from since. The investigation has revealed that Kelly likely suffered significant physical harm or death. The police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Kelly. The following agencies have provided substantial assistance in this investigation. The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, the New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game, and the Vermont State Police.
