Manchester Officer Involved Shooting on June 3, 2013

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announces that the Attorney General's Office has made a determination that the officer-involved shooting in Manchester on June 3, 2013 was a justifiable use of both non-deadly and deadly force. Although the investigation into this incident is on-going and a more detailed report will be issued when it is complete, the Attorney General is satisfied that the use of force, which resulted in non-fatal injury to Christopher Varagianis, was justified in the circumstances presented here.
