Suspicious Deaths in Belmont, NH

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn, and Belmont Police Chief Mark Lewandoski, announce that an investigation is ongoing into the suspicious deaths of two people in Belmont, NH.

At approximately 11:03 a.m. today, the Belmont Police Department responded to a single-family home at 20 Sunset Drive in Belmont, NH. After police entered the home, they discovered an adult male and an adult female inside the home, deceased. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will be conducting autopsies tomorrow to determine the cause and manner of death of those two deceased persons. Their identities are being withheld pending notification of their next of kin.

The New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit and the Belmont Police Department are continuing to investigate this incident. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the New Hampshire State Police at (603) 223-4381.
