New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Manchester Police Chief David J. Mara announce that an autopsy was performed yesterday on the body of Michelle Hogarty (46). Mrs. Hogarty was found dead on Wednesday in her home at 316 Mammoth Road in Manchester. John Hogarty (53), Michelle's husband, has been charged with one count of First Degree Murder for causing her death by stabbing her.
New Hampshire's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Andrew, determined that Mrs. Hogarty's death was caused by multiple stab and incised wounds of her neck. The manner of her death was determined to be homicide.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled in this case on May 14, 2013, at 8:30 am in the Manchester District Court.
