New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert C. Quinn, and Exeter Police Chief Richard Kane announce that an arrest has been made in connection with the murder of Amanda "Amy" Warf. Aaron Desjardins (36) of 67 Railroad Avenue, Epping, NH, was arrested this afternoon and charged with one count of First Degree Murder for causing the death of Amy Warf.

Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, performed the autopsy of Ms. Warf's body and determined the cause of her death was incised wounds on her neck.

Along with the agencies listed above, the Exeter Fire Department, the State Fire Marshal's Office, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) have provided substantial assistance in this investigation.

An arraignment is expected to be scheduled for tomorrow morning in Exeter District Court in Brentwood, NH.
