Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn report that there is an ongoing investigation into an officer-involved shooting incident which took place on Lowell Road in Windham, New Hampshire.

No officers were injured and the person shot, Grant Hebert (age 21) of Pelham, New Hampshire, is being treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing. No further release of information is anticipated today.
