Attorney General Michael Delaney announces that New England Compounding Center located in Framingham, Massachusetts, has voluntarily surrendered all its privileges to operate as a non-resident, mail-order pharmacy in the State of New Hampshire. On October 8, 2012, the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy had suspended those privileges on an emergency basis in response to allegations that New England Compounding Center was responsible for an outbreak of fungal meningitis in patients who had been treated with medications compounded by NECC. On October 17, 2012, the Board approved NECC's Voluntary Surrender of Non-resident Permit.
For copies of NECC's Voluntary Surrender of Non-resident Permit, contact the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy at 57 Regional Drive, Concord, New Hampshire, (603) 271-2350.
