Pleadings Filed in Response to Exeter Hospital's Request for a Protective Order

The Attorney General's Office releases the objection and other pleadings that were filed today in response to Exeter Hospital's request for a protective order to prevent the Department of Public Health Services from continuing to access patients' records and perform staff interviews to further its investigation into the Hepatitis C outbreak.
