New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Keene Police Chief Kenneth Meola, announce that an autopsy was performed by the Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Andrew, yesterday on the body of the deceased killed during the officer-involved shooting incident in Keene, New Hampshire on April 17, 2011.

The deceased has been identified as Julio Angel DeJesus, 35 years old, of Massachusetts. Dr. Andrew determined that the cause of death was a single gun-shot wound to the neck. The manner of death is labeled as a homicide, simply meaning that Mr. DeJesus died at the hands of another.

The circumstances surrounding Mr. DeJesus's death remain under investigation.
