Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and Sandown Police Chief Joseph Gordon announce that on February 24, 2012, Nicole R. LeBlanc (age 38) was arrested and charged with the first degree murder of Richard Mannion, Jr. Mr. Mannion was murdered on January 14, 2012, in Sandown, New Hampshire. Ms. LeBlanc is being detained without bail. She will be arraigned on February 27, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the 10th Circuit-Derry District Division.

The investigation remains ongoing.
