Acting Concord Police Chief John Duval and Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announce that there will be a news briefing concerning the three acts of vandalism at three Concord residences which occurred on September 18, 2011.

The press briefing has been scheduled for 4:00 p.m. at 3 Perley Street, Concord, New Hampshire.
