Attorney General Michael Delaney, State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Keene Police Chief Kenneth Meola announce that Ethan Wilson, age 19, was arrested earlier today on one count of second degree murder. Wilson is charged with recklessly causing the death of Craig Metivier, age 17, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by stabbing Metivier in the left side. An autopsy was completed by Chief Medical Examiner Thomas Andrew, who determined that the manner of death was a stab wound to Metivier’s chest with perforations to the left lung and heart. The cause of death has been ruled homicide.
Wilson will be arraigned at 1:30 today in the 8th Circuit District Court, Keene Division.
