New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Jennie Duval, has completed the autopsy of Noel R. St. Laurent.

Mr. St. Laurent was killed at his home at 134 Cram Hill Road in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Dr. Duval has determined that Mr. St. Laurent died from multiple chop wounds to the head, and that the manner of his death was homicide.

Glenn Rodgers has been charged with one count of Reckless Second Degree Murder for causing the death of Mr. St. Laurent by striking him in the head with a hatchet. Rodgers is scheduled for a Probable Cause hearing on July 18, at 9:00 am in the Milford District Court.

The investigation is ongoing.
