The Merrimack County Superior Court has preliminarily found that Walter Jensen and Summer and Winter Construction, LLC a/k/a S&W Construction, LLC performed an asbestos removal project on at least one occasion in 2006 without State approval and certification, without submitting proper notification, and without using required procedures for removal and disposal. Further work that did not comply with State standards may have occurred before that date in other locations in Concord, as well as other locations in Merrimack County, and surrounding cities and towns in adjacent counties. Anyone who believes that Mr. Jensen or Summer and Winter (S&W) Construction, LLC have performed asbestos removal for them should contact Senior Assistant Attorney General K. Allen Brooks, N.H. Dept. of Justice, Concord, N.H. 03301. Mr. Jensen and Summer and Winter (S&W) Construction, LLC will secure and pay for testing of any property where asbestos removal may have been performed if desired by the occupant or property owner. If testing shows the presence of asbestos, Mr. Jensen and Summer and Winter (S&W) Construction, LLC will pay for the cleanup of the asbestos by a qualified professional.
