Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that Wayne Martin, Jr. (age 29) of 4 Garvins Falls Road was the individual who died as the result of the officer-involved shooting on March 2, 2011. Dr. Kristen Landi, Acting Medical Examiner, conducted an autopsy on Mr. Martin earlier today and determined that the cause of death was a gun shot wound. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain on-going.
